Yes, when I’m using my phone I find it very hard to navigate on the site. On the computer it is slightly better.

Same here. The logo for Signum University is down as well.

To be honest, for me this is a slight disaster. If this is how things are going to be, my participation will be radically reduced.

The logo seems to be there for me. I wonder if this is just some sort of theme that can be changed, or if it is just an update from the hosting site. Or if the hosting site has actually changed.

I don't have a logo problem. The site actually looks better on a computer, I think. But on the phone, it is really, really bad.
