There should be a "romantic" version of Glaurung's theme to play over their love scenes like the wedding, similar to the way that the parade music from the end of Phantom Menace is a celebratory version of the Emperor's Theme.

That is a great idea, but I probably won't think about it until season 7.

Possibly Season 8 since there's been talk of devoting all of Season 7 to the events leading up to the Nirnaeth, along with the battle itself, ie Hurin and Huor's time in Gondolin would be explored during that time.

Another interesting trick could be to write separate leitmotifs for Turin and Nienor, then combine them when they meet; they used that for the Ring Cycle for Siegmund and Sieglinde.
