I nominate Kaya Scodelario. She's an actress from The Maze Runner movies (the previous and the upcoming one). She'll be in the new Pirates of the Carribean move and is an actress that has worked her way up. She's quite young, but too young for this role. I think she has a look that fits for an elvish character like this one.
