elves growth & aging years - NoME

hi,
I want to check if i understand correctly:

1. In one version elves growth at 12:1 rate until maturity and then 144:1 rate. no difference between aman and middle earth.

2. In the other version elves in aman growth and age at the same rate of 144:1 (with no different "growth years" rate?)
elves in middle earth growth at 50 or 10 rate (depends if aman born or not) unti maturity, then age at 100:1 rate.

I think this is correct. There were some other possibilities also, like: growth years like humans, "freeze" afterwards. If you want the Professer to address it, best to write him an email or ask him on Twitter.
