EYESdark like coals that could leap suddenly into firebright and keengrey as a clear evening, and in them was a light like the light of starslight of stars, bright, grey as a cloudless nightgrey
FACEagedfair and young and fearless and full of joyageless, neither old nor young, though in it was written the memory of many things both glad and sorrowfulclear, flawless and smoothfair elvish facefair and noble
BROW(S)great snowy (brows)sat wisdom**many winters ??**thought and knowledge ??

Gandalf the Grey - (from the Hobbit: staff, tall pointed blue hat, long grey cloak, silver scarf, white beard hangs below his waist, immense black boots, bushy eyebrows stick out beyond the brim of his shady hat)
shorter in stature than Elrond and Glorfindel, sweeping silver beard, broad shoulders, looks like some wise king of ancient legend

Glorfindel - tall and straight, voice like music, in his hand was strength, to Frodo it appeared that a white light was shining through Glorfindel's form and raiment, as if through a veil - Flight to the Ford, Frodo's account of Glorfindel uncloaked is a white figure that shone and did not grow dim

Elrond - (from the Hobbit: noble and as fair in face as an elf-lord, as strong as a warrior, as wise as a wizard, as venerable as a king of dwarves, and as kind as summer [or Christmas])
circlet of silver, venerable he seemed as a king **crowned with many winters, and yet hale as a tried warrior in the fulness of his strength, mighty among both Elves and Men ((^likeness of Luthien?))

Arwen - a lady fair to look upon, like in form of womanhood to Elrond, young and yet not so, white arms (flawless and smooth), queenly, **"...and thought and knowledge were in her glance...," knows many things that the years bring, "Above her brow her head was covered with a cap of silver lace netted with small gems, glittering white; but her soft grey raiment had no ornament save a girdle of leaves wrought in silver." Said of her that the ^likeness of Luthien had come on earth again

Gloin - (from the Hobbit: white hood, gold or silver belt, specially good at making fire)
of importance appearance, richly dressed, garments of snow-white cloth, silver belt, chain of silver and diamonds around his neck

Gimli - son of Gloin

Galdor - Elf from the Grey Havens

Legolas - strange, clad in green and brown, son of the Elven Northern Mirkwood King Thranduil

Boromir - tall, proud and stern of glance, cloaked and booted, rich garments lined with fur that stained with long travel, single white stone set upon a silver collar, he wears a baldric upon which there is a great horn tipped with silver

This could become even more interesting with more Lords added: Galadriel, Celeborn, Denethor, Aragorn, Theoden, Eomer, Dain and Frodo as Mayor are the ones that come to mind immediately. Ghan-buri-ghan maybe, too.

I added "the grey" for Gandalf because, if I am not mistaken, technically Gandalf the White would have a new column.
