New Stream Idea - Play Me a Story

We finally manage to discover the snidgets with Poppy and...they're honestly rather underwhelming. Fortunately, the centaurs volunteer to protect them so that we don't have to look at them any longer than necessary, so we can return to preparing for the end of the game!

Just as we catch up with Zelda, she and Impa escape through a portal and instruct us to talk to the Old Woman in the temple at the Sealed Grounds. We should probably stock up in Skyloft before heading over there, and that means having to deal with Beedle. Beedle sells a lot of neat stuff, but instead of trying to promote customer loyalty by establishing a rewards program like he did in previous games, he just gets angry with customers who don't buy something every single time they walk through his door.

Maybe getting dropped from the store is foreshadowing, in a way. After all, when we finally head to the Sealed Grounds, we'll discover someone else dropping in with us...

When comparing Hogwarts to muggle schools, many people focus on the lack of classes like English or Math. However, what seems to be missing the most is an emphasis on basic courtesy and manners, ensuring that students learn to respect others' privacy and not simply pick up and read any letter they come across in other people's rooms. I guess Hogwarts teachers are just too busy with their extensive lesson plans to concern themselves with the students' ethics.

After defeating a giant, evil avocado, Link returns to Skyloft and encounters a number of unrequited loves. Peatrice seems to have a crush on Link; Cawlin has a crush on Karane, but in turn a ghost hand in the toilet has a crush on Cawlin; and a robot named Scrapper has a crush on Fi. Somehow, our epic, fantasy adventure seems to be transforming into a high school drama before our very eyes.

It's finally time for the final battle, so we need to think up a really witty line to show the bad guy we mean business! Maybe something like:

"Don't Ranrok the boat!"

No, that's not quite right. Maybe:

"Quit DRAGON us down!"

Hm...that doesn't really work, either. Oh, I've got it!

"Hey, you! Stop doing that!"

Yeah! That'll put him in his place!

In order to defeat evil, Link is going to need to power up his sword, and in order to do that, he must first prove himself worthy in a trial in the Silent Realm. With all the times he's had to prove himself throughout these games in perilous ways, it sometimes seems like Link is in more danger from the good guys testing him than he is from the bad guys trying to kill him.

Before we leave Hogwarts, it's time for us to track down a few more mysteries and oddities. Whether it's an imprisoned bathtub or a room dedicated to Deathday parties, we'll track it down and find it! But after exploring the world so thoroughly, one has to wonder what's left for any potential sequel? Maybe Hogwarts Legacy 2 will be the wizarding equivalent of SAT prep software (OWL prep?) to make up for all that class time we didn't get in this game.

After overcoming the trial of the Silent Realm, Link is able to make his way to Lake Floria and meet with the Water Dragon. She demands that Link prove himself by getting some water she needs to recuperate in her metal cooking pot, and only then can Link have access to the Ancient Cistern so he can prove himself worthy of Farore's Flame. If Link had known he'd have to prove this much, he'd have paid more attention in Geometry!

This is the story of a man named JJ48. JJ48 streamed videos of himself playing video games and then uploaded them to YouTube. One day, he decided to play a game called the Stanley Parable, wherein he would follow the instructions of a narrator to the letter. Except sometimes, he didn't.

"Boy, this game is fascinating!" he thought to himself, "I hope they make a sequel!"

Then, he found the sequel.

After defeating the boss of the Ancient Cistern, we obtain Farore's Flame and are ready to discover our next destination! It turns out that the next flame is not in Eldin province, as we might expect from our initial visits, but in Lanayru! Whether this change of order is for important, story reasons or just sort of random remains to be seen; but either way, we get the Clawshots, so it's all good!

When JJ48 came across two open doors, he considered which he should go through. Should he follow the directions of the narrator to help bring the story to a proper conclusion, or should he rebel against such order and see if he could make his own story in defiance of the narrator?

Of course, he knew that ultimately, he would need to do both in order to experience all the endings, so it was really just a question of which one to do first.

As Link explores deeper into the Lanayru Desert, he gets to sail around on past seas. One of his stops is a shipbuilding facility which used minecarts as an intense, high-speed transportation system! Though, since the minecarts take a rather circuitous path and require a lot of effort on the part of the passenger to stay on the tracks, it's amazing that the facility didn't go bankrupt from lawsuits and worker's comp.

As JJ48 completed his journey through the Stanley Parable, he realized that this would mean saying good-bye to the Bucket. The Bucket, who had always been there for him. The Bucket, who had joined him on his journey through all the ups and downs. The Bucket, who had saved his life on countless occasions. A tear rolled down his cheek at the thought of leaving this faithful companion.

"Don't cry," said the Bucket, though its own eyes would have been rather moist as well, if they had existed, "It's better this way. You have other games to play, and I...well, I can't even begin to list all that I have to do!"

"Huh?" asked JJ48, his curiosity overcoming his grief, "Just what sort of responsibilities does a bucket have, anyway?"

"Oh! We're involved all over! Without buckets, a bucket truck wouldn't be so special!. Without buckets, Charlie from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory wouldn't have a last name! And you certainly couldn't have buckets of fun without buckets to hold all the fun you're having! You likely pass by countless buckets every day without even realizing it! After all," and here, the bucket gave the closest thing its galvanized exterior could manage to a smile, "Everything is a bucket."

What happens when you combine Final Fantasy, Disney, and a fair bit of original lore? You get Kingdom Hearts! Buckle up, because we're about to go for a long ride through this fun, but convoluted series revolving around people who need giant keys to ensure they don't lose them!
