New Stream Idea - Play Me a Story

Link makes one last trip between the games as he shares secrets with divers, Deku Scrubs, Subrosians, and even old men living buried underground! As he thinks back on all the people he's met and helped in both games, he has a profound revelation: life is really weird sometimes.

Under the sea!
Under the sea!
Solving some puzzles
Dispelling bubbles
Eventually!

Link helps out the Zoras and is permitted to enter Jabu-Jabu! As Link tries to find his way to the seventh Essence, he can't help but wonder, was it really the poisoned seas that left Jabu-Jabu near death, or was it all the monsters, statues, and pots inhabiting his incredibly well-ordered innards?

Welcome to the Imperial Fleet! In the aftermath of the Rebels destroying a purely peaceful and innocent Death Star, the Empire needs loyal recruits from all worlds to help restore law and order! Let's check in with security and then start training in the simulator so we can one day become the best and most loyal pilot in the galaxy!

Around and around, and back and forth. Link stumbles his way through the Ancient Tomb before tackling Hero's Cave. As the puzzles increase in difficulty, Link begins thinking that Nayru should have given him a strategy guide instead of a harp.

As we begin our service to the Emperor, we must help track down Rebels fleeing in the aftermath of the Battle of Hoth. It isn't long, however, before we receive news that a civil war has broken out between factions in a nearby system, and it's up to Imperial leadership to maintain order by brokering peace between the sides. And what better way to arrange a peaceful resolution than to kidnap both sides' leaders and force them to come to agreement?

Link finally manages to take out Veran, Twinrova, and Ganon, restoring peace to Labrynna! ...again. After a good, long reflection on the Oracles games overall, Link sets off on a brand new adventure in Four Swords! With a new story, a new villain, and new puzzles, Link is beside himself with anticipation!

The Sepan Civil War is brought to a successful conclusion, and now it's time to set up a new Imperial base in the Outer Rim! Between watching supplies get loaded, waiting for convoys to arrive, and escorting officers as they perform routine inspections, it's all the fun of administration and logistics support, just in a Star Wars setting!

After learning all the tools at their disposal, Link and his sidekick Link set off to save Zelda! As they struggle to collect keys from the Fairies of Forest, Ice, and Fire, they'll face Rupee Wraiths, Rupee Like-Likes, and straight-up Rupee shortages! Eventually, they manage to defeat Vaati, but can the Links really afford to end their journey with an Easy Mode victory?!

As our service continues, we must help obtain advanced technology that can be used in building even better fighters for the Empire! But all is not well, as it seems there is a traitor in our midst. Admiral Harkov plotted against the Emperor, stole valuable Imperial technology, and--worst of all--attempted to kill us after pretending to offer us a chance to show off our skills! For that, he shall pay...

The Links take a trip down memory lane and revisit Hyrule Castle from A Link to the Past! But they can't spend too long there before they have to try to defeat Vaati, again. At least this time they're brave heroes rather than little eggs.

The Links defeat Vaati again (not for the last time), before revisiting another Zelda classic. This time around, they're headed for Koholint Island, where they'll learn that some things really are black and white.

Life with the Empire isn't all medals and secret cult tattoos. For every celebratory cutscene honoring your great deeds, there's bound to be a failed mission where all the valuable prisoners you were supposed to capture got blown up. Fortunately, the Emperor is rather understanding of such mistakes, and is more than willing to piece the prisoners back together and reset the situation so you can try again. The Rebels are even up for running their part of the mission repeatedly until you get it right. With a supportive boss and supportive enemies, even the failures don't seem so bad in retrospect.

The Links press on to face Vaati once again, but are ultimately stopped by the most dangerous foe in all the Zelda games: the Goron Dance!

...fortunately, that was just a joke, and the Links don't encounter anything so nefarious. They do encounter the SECOND most dangerous foe in all the Zelda games, however: poverty. Because they couldn't afford to buy their way to victory, the Links decide to take a trip down memory lane to a simpler time, when things were more blocky and less pay-to-win.

As our fight against Harkov continues, Imperial leadership comes up with a plan to cut the former admiral's supply lines and trap him where loyal forces can deal with him. However, Harkov has arranged a bit of a trap of his own, and now our forces must fight for their very survival! And as if defecting Imperial forces and Rebel scum fighting together wasn't bad enough, Harkov is finally playing his ultimate trump card: crashing the game itself so that we can't complete the mission!

The Links try the Hero's Trial but can't afford to buy a revive, leading to a game over. They then try the Sea of Trees again, and succeed! ...but they can't afford to buy a new key afterwards.

The Links are learning the harsh truth that, even in video games, money makes the world go round.

Using the advanced strategy known as, "switching to a different version of the game," we finally manage to defeat the traitorous forces! However, we have to quickly head out again to help Lord Vader rescue the Emperor himself! After such incredible feats of heroism, what could possibly be left for us to do? How about securing our technological advantage by protecting our research labs and capturing tech from our enemies?

The Links finally achieve Hero's Keys from the Great Fairy of Forest! However, they were only able to do so by questing outside of their usual time, and the other Hero's Keys as well as the Hero's Trial both continue to elude them. Looks like they're really going to need that overtime pay if they ever plan on making progress!

As Zaarin continues his war against the Empire, we manage to save Thrawn from his trap. However, Zaarin's attempts to limit the Empire's abilities to produce TIE Advanced fighters have been largely successful, leading us to take the brilliant step of simply deploying a NEW new fighter! Because when someone attacks your technological advantage, the easiest solution is to just develop new technology!

During their time off, the Links finally manage to defeat the second Hero's Trial and obtain the final two Hero Keys! However, the final Hero's Trial looms before them, and then Vaati will need to be faced one final time...

The TIE Defender program is being attacked by Rebels and pirates! Even we, the Empire's best pilots, are struggling to keep up with all these foes! Fortunately, we have the Empire's newest technological breakthrough at our disposal to aid us in combating these threats: blatant cheating! By making ourselves invulnerable and having unlimited ammunition, we should be able to achieve victory. Anyone who feels this may be rather underhanded should remember that this is completely allowed by the official Imperial User Interface, so presumably the Emperor is aware of this and is ok with his pilots doing it. And the Emperor would never approve of anything that was at all sketchy or ethically dubious, right?
