I think we should accept Tolkien's multiple, explicit statements that Dwarf women look like Dwarf men, not like human women -- or at least give Tolkien's ideas about Dwarf women a try. I don't think Telchar or any Dwarf woman should have breasts or a woman's voice, because in the books they all have beards and don't look or sound different from Dwarf men at all. I think Telchar should look like a Dwarf, not a human: with a beard, not breasts.

Harry Styles because he looks like young, and like an open-minded sort of person, which is like Telchar. She's a more open-minded person than Gamil Brog, for example. And Telchar needs to be young (for now).
