I think we should stick to our 'no dead actors' rule, but it is certainly a shame when we lose someone during the project. Missed opportunity

So what should be the protocol if an actor who is cast dies during the project?

Kurt Russell? I think his character of Ego the Living Planet in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is supposed to evoke the wise old man in appearance... if not in personality.

Definitely Saruman material. I remember him most in LA Confidential and Star Trek: First Contact, two very different characters.
