Nicholas Hoult has been waiting in the wings I reckon for a SilmFilm role. I had thought for Húrin initially but perhaps he is not quite imposing enough physically (he's 6'2" and not scrawny though). Can certainly play the dreamer. He may be a bit old for Huor. Possible Ëarendil down the track...

I saw him in the Hunger Games prequel, A Ballad of Songbird and Snakes, last year and he does a good job playing a broody, romantic lead which I think is similar to how you all talked about the Huor/Rian relationship. And though he's naturally a brunette, he dyed his hair blonde for that movie, and he has somewhat of a lanky build which I think could help him look taller if you have to put him on a box, depending on who's cast as Hurin.
