It's a discussion of the poetry in LOTR, and has an appendix that lists all the poems and their metre (organized by the theme of the poem).

For example, for the poems from chapter 3:

genre, first line, page number, number of lines, metre
1.1 “The road goes ever on and on” (35, slightly changed 72, changed 965) 8 iambic tetrameter
1.2 “Upon the hearth the fire is red” (76) 30 iambic tetrameter (with irregular, strophic coda)

Edit: had the wrong poem there at first.
