In the books villains are associated with horns, drums, gongs, trumpet,rattle... and whip if you count it as an instrument.I am still sure that pipe-organs are deeply evil too...

Well, there’s the slapstick that’s used to represent a whip crack as heard in Sleigh Ride. So the whip can certainly be an instrument.

There's also the anvil (or a brake drum if you don’t have an anvil), if you can count it as an instrument. It's used in a number of action films like Aliens (specifically in the track Futile Escape) and Battle of the Heroes from Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.

Heard at about 1:41 in, roughly about when Obi-Wan and Anakin are fighting on the lava river and before their conversation intercut over The Force theme. The sound of the anvil is overlaid by the xylophone.
