Out-of-Order Storytelling

I think Mount Doom erupting was put in the Season 3 frame, and blamed for the Fell Winter which was also moved to that year.
How about moving up the White Council meeting coinciding with the isolation of the various Noldorin kingdoms in the wake of the Dagor Bragollach?

It would certainly fit the season theme. Let's see,

2941 the White Council meets to assault Dol Guldur
2948 the Season 4 frame. Gandalf and Balin visit Bilbo and accompany him to Erebor
2951 Sauron declares himself openly, gathers power in Mordor, begins rebuilding Barad-Dur, and sends 3 Ringwraiths to retake Dol Guldur
2953 the White Council meets again, in response to the 2951 events

I think if we have a White Council meeting in the Season 4 frame, we should add one that Tolkien didn't mention, since the two above have good reasons to be when they were. We'd need a good reason for them to be meeing in 2948*, and a location. Lothlorien?

Since we had Orodruin erupt in last season's frame, that may be reason enough for them to have a meeting undisclosed by Tolkien.

*They shouldn't need a strong reason to want to meet, but to gather in one place they have to leave their respective homes. Can Galadriel and Elrond protect their homes remotely while they're away? Is Saruman willing to depart Orthanc for relatively minor meetings?
