I nominate Tom Mison to play the leader of the Green elves, the son of Lenwë and a leader we are supposed to like and mourn in a span of just a few episodes. I only go by his looks, and I can see no reason not to like him, and consequently, our hearts will break when he dies, too soon. He's known from the series Sleepy Hollow, Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, and 'Lost in Austen'.

He's pretty, and he plays a young John Winchester on Supernatural. That's all I've got. I'm not sure he's quite talented enough to pull off 'make the audience love me so they'll cry when I die' in such a brief space of time, but, I mean, if we give him good enough material, he'll be fine. [I know who he is, and he only appeared in 3 episodes of Supernatural, in 3 different seasons, so...he's not so bad at the memorable bit role thing.]
